Why is water good for us?

Water is life.  Water is absolutely essentials to all form of living creature-those that  comprises our Biology subject; all living things including plants and animals.

WHY IS WATER GOOD FOR US? Because more than half of our human body is made up of water, and this is even true to other living things.  Absence of water in our system means absence of life too.  As a matter of fact, the human body  takes in about 2 quarts of water as fluids, 1 quart from what we called solid foods such as vegetables, fruits, bread, rice and meat  [these solid foods are not really dry since they were 30% to 90% water].

Our body also maintains about 10 Quarts of water that passes through our systems; it passes back and forth through our veins, arteries, and various organs.

We have about 5 quarts of blood running in our system, and 60% of this 5 Quarts of blood is water.  And this always remains unchanged no matter how much water you drink.

We could say that our sense of thirst is controlled by the brain, but when we experience the sensation of thirst, that our mouth and throat become dry-it is a signal that our body requires more fluid.
